END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR TELLY THE TV
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and [Your Company Name], the developer and publisher of the game "Telly the TV" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Extra Mustard grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership

Use the Game for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Updates and Patches
Extra Mustard may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the Game. These updates may be automatically applied to your Game to ensure its continued functionality, but this Agreement will apply to any updates as well.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must immediately cease using the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Extra Mustard expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Extra Mustard be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game, even if Extra Mustard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. Amendments to this Agreement
Extra Mustard reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game following any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
