Most Ancient ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Diatribes ("Software") on your compatible VR device.
Restrictions
You may not:
Share, distribute, or transmit the Software to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Licensor.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Software. Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
