END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Crazy Shipping (the "Game"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Adam Burton DBA 'ADB Games' ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of the Game.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Game" means Crazy Shipping, a space-based transport and cargo strategy game, including all content, updates, and modifications.
"Voidium" means the premium in-game currency that can be earned through gameplay or purchased through Steam.
"Steam" means the Steam gaming platform operated by Valve Corporation.
"Steam Subscriber Agreement" or "SSA" means the agreement between users and Valve Corporation governing the use of Steam services.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the SSA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
a) Download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
b) Install the Game on multiple computers through your Steam account
c) Earn and use Voidium within the Game

You may NOT:
a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
b) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
c) Use the Game for any commercial purpose
d) Exploit bugs or glitches in the Game's economy
e) Transfer or sell Voidium to other users

3. VOIDIUM AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY

3.1 Nature of Voidium

  • Voidium is a virtual currency that exists only within the Game
  • You receive a license to use Voidium but do not own it
  • Voidium has no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money
  • Voidium is tied to your save game and cannot be transferred

3.2 Obtaining Voidium

  • Voidium can be earned through normal gameplay
  • Additional Voidium can be purchased through Steam using real money
  • Earning rates and prices are subject to change for game balance
  • Purchases are processed by Steam and subject to Steam's payment policies

3.3 Refunds and Adjustments

  • Refunds for purchased Voidium follow Steam's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to adjust Voidium balances to correct errors
  • We may modify earning rates, prices, and the value of Voidium
  • No refunds will be provided for Voidium spent or lost due to gameplay

4. TECHNICAL DATA COLLECTION

We use Sentry, a third-party service, to collect anonymous crash reports:

  • Crash reports help us identify and fix technical issues
  • All data is anonymized before collection
  • No personal information is collected
  • Crash reports are retained only as long as necessary for debugging
  • Data collection complies with relevant privacy laws

5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or modify the Game at any time
  • Adjust game balance, including Voidium earning rates
  • Change prices of in-game items
  • Add or remove features
  • Modify how Voidium works within the Game

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Game if:

  • You violate this Agreement or the SSA
  • We suspect fraudulent purchases or activities
  • You exploit game systems or bugs
  • We cease operation of the Game

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

7.1 Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ADB Games operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. STEAM INTEGRATION

9.1 Steam Features

The Game integrates with Steam features
Steam cloud saves and other features are governed by the SSA
Steam wallet funds and payments follow Steam's policies

9.2 Steam Subscriber Agreement

This Agreement supplements but does not replace the SSA
In case of conflict, the SSA takes precedence
Steam features and services are provided by Valve Corporation

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version in the Game or on Steam. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
