End User License Agreement (EULA) for Automatica
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and StrawberryDev ("Developer") for the use of Automatica ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License
StrawberryDev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not distribute, share, or resell the Game in any form.
You may not claim ownership of the Game or its content.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game is strictly prohibited.
3. Modding
You are permitted to create and distribute modifications ("mods") to the Game, provided they do not infringe on the Game’s original content or breach any other terms of this Agreement.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game and its content remain the sole property of StrawberryDev. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It may be terminated without notice if:
You violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
You distribute, share, or falsely claim ownership of the Game.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrawberryDev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall StrawberryDev be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
7. Refunds
Refunds for the Game are subject to Steam's existing refund policy.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
