User Agreement for Deathrun
Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("User") and Inonia Games ("Company") for the use of the software product Deathrun ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
1.1 The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
2.1 You shall not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
Use the Game to engage in any illegal activities.
3. Ownership
3.1 The Game, including all intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the property of the Company.
4. Updates and Changes
4.1 The Company may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Game at any time. These updates may be automatically installed without notice, and you agree to accept such updates under the terms of this Agreement.
5. Termination
5.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Game and supersedes any prior agreements.
By installing or using Deathrun, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
