END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Effective Date: From the moment the User accepts the terms of this Agreement
Developer: An independent group of developers operating under the name AIMTeam (hereinafter referred to as the "Developers" or "AIMTeam")
Product: Relictor
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the game Relictor (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), created by independent developers operating under the name AIMTeam. By installing and using the Product, the User agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. License Grant
1.1. AIMTeam grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2. The User agrees to adhere to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
2.1. The User is prohibited from:
reproducing or copying the Product, except for creating a backup copy for personal use;
selling, renting, or providing the Product to third parties without the Developers' consent;
altering, modifying, extracting source code, decompiling, or disassembling the Product;
using the Product for commercial purposes without prior permission from AIMTeam.
3. Ownership
3.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Product belong to the Developers. The User receives a license to use the Product but does not acquire ownership of it.
4. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
4.1. The Product is provided "as is." The Developers do not guarantee its functionality or compliance with the User's expectations.
4.2. AIMTeam is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
5. Termination
5.1. This Agreement is automatically terminated if the User violates its terms.
5.2. Upon termination of the Agreement, the User must delete all copies of the Product.
6. Changes to the Agreement
6.1. AIMTeam reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Product implies acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the [country/region] where the Developers predominantly operate.

12. Limitation of Liability

14. Entire Agreement
14.1. This Agreement replaces all prior agreements related to the use of the Product.
