This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and KieGames, owned by Djeyhun Dagdjan, the developer and owner of Marks of Ki ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
KieGames grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Game.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, belong to KieGames. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for any purpose other than as set forth in this Agreement.
4. Updates and Modifications
KieGames may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These updates may be necessary for the continued use of the Game, and failure to apply updates may result in limited or discontinued functionality.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KieGames disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KieGames shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if KieGames has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
