These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the way in which you use and interact with my games, sites and related services (the "Service"),
Before using the Service and accessing any games you must agree to these Terms and the below Privacy Policy. By using the Service you affirm that you are the legal age of majority in your country of residence. If you are not, your legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Service.

Disrupt, interfere or adversely affect the functioning of the Service or act in a way that could negatively affect other users' experience when using the Service. This includes manipulating leaderboards and rankings via win trading, exploiting bugs, taking advantage of errors in the Service, and gaining unfair advantages, for example via stream sniping.
Engage in any activity that infringes upon or violates the rights of my Service or any third party, including intellectual property rights.
These rules are not exhaustive and I reserve the right to modify them and take disciplinary action including account suspension, bans and termination.
In-Game Purchases
The Service may offer virtual items, currency, or other digital goods for purchase ("In-Game Purchases"). By making an In-Game Purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you authorize me or my authorized third-party payment processors to charge the designated amount for the selected In-Game Purchase.
The prices for In-Game Purchases are displayed within the Service and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your In-Game Purchases, as required by law.
All In-Game Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any In-Game Purchase at my sole discretion, including due to technical issues, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Any virtual items or currency obtained through In-Game Purchases are licensed to you on a limited, non-transferable, revocable basis for use within the Service. You have no ownership or property rights in such virtual items or currency.
I reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the availability of In-Game Purchases at any time without prior notice. In the event of the termination of the Service, I shall have no obligation to refund or compensate you for any unused virtual items or currency.
