1.Introduction: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and ZHANG HONG (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "me") regarding the "Automatic Battle: Galaxy General" game software (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). 5.9 Any other actions not expressly authorized by me or violating the spirit of this Agreement.

6.Distribution Platforms: This Game may be used in conjunction with the terms and conditions of one or more game distribution platforms. You must comply with the terms and conditions of these platforms.

7.Intellectual Property: The Game is protected by United States copyright law, international copyright treaties and conventions, United States and common law trademark law, and other laws. I reserve all rights worldwide. I retain ownership and intellectual property rights to the Game and its related content. 12.3 Users must be responsible for all actions under their account, including but not limited to any content published by the user and any consequences arising therefrom.
12.4 In addition to using the Game and Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, users may not engage in any actions that infringe upon my intellectual property rights or interests, or other actions that may harm the legitimate rights and interests of me or any third party.

13.Amendment of the Agreement:
13.1 I may update this Agreement at any time. The updated terms will replace the original terms upon publication. After the termination of this Agreement, you should cease using the Game and delete the Game and its related data.

15.General Terms:
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
