End User License Agreement (EULA) for Kasperia Arena

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Kasper van der Vlies ("Licensor") regarding the use of Kasperia Arena ("Software" or "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Kasper van der Vlies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Game.
2. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game (including but not limited to images, sounds, music, code, and other assets) remain the property of Kasper van der Vlies.
You may not use any part of the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
3. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
You may not use the Game in a way that:
a) Violates applicable laws and regulations.
b) Is harmful, fraudulent, or misleading.
c) Disrupts the servers, networks, or infrastructure of the Licensor.
4. TERMINATION
This license remains in effect until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license at any time if you violate the terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. Kasper van der Vlies is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Game.
In no event shall the total liability of the Licensor exceed the amount you paid for the Software (if applicable).
6. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
Kasper van der Vlies reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through official channels.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
