End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Code IT Game Studio ("Licensor") for the use of the game Baixos de Quebrada / Low and Furious ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. License
1.1. The Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, as set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. This license does not transfer to the User any ownership or rights to the Software.
2. Restrictions
The User may not:
(a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
(c) Use the Software for any commercial purpose without the express written authorization of the Licensor.
(d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings contained in the Software.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, belong exclusively to the Licensor.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
4.1. The Software is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
4.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate if the User violates any of its provisions. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
6. Privacy Policy
The use of the Software is also subject to the Licensor's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at .
7. General Provisions
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil/Minas Gerais.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Minas Gerais.
7.3. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7.4. The Software may contain images, characters, or other materials protected by copyright, used as references or tributes. If the rights holder requests it, the Licensor commits to promptly remove the material upon proper notification sent to contact..
