The following End User License Agreement governs all download, installation or use of any version of Software Inc. (hereinafter "the Product"), as made available by COREDUMPING IVS. If you do not agree to this agreement, you may not install or use the Product.
GENERAL
By downloading, installing or using the Product you agree and acknowledge that the Product is made available "as is". The Product is not finished and it is part of an early access arrangement for evaluation and demonstration purposes only and features of the Product might be removed or changed during the course of its development.
You also agree and acknowledge that the Product will contain defects and errors and may crash and/or cause data loss.
Your download, installation or use of the Product is at your own risk.
LIMITED LICENCE
Subject to the terms of this agreement, COREDUMPING IVS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and licence to download, install and use the Product on any number of computers for non-commercial evaluation purposes only.
RESTRICTIONS
Except as otherwise noted in the terms of this agreement, you are not permitted to and will not:
- Distribute, lease, sub-license, sell, loan, rent or otherwise transfer copies of the Product.
- Disable or remove any copy protection contained within the Product.
- Exploit the Product for any commercial purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or dissassemble the Product, or disclose or reproduce any source code derived from the Product, whether in whole or in part, in plain text, binary or compiled form.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The Product is made available "as is" and to the maximum extent permitted by law COREDUMPING IVS gives no warranty or representation concerning the Product.
You acknowledge and accept that the Product is not finished and will contain defects, and that downloading, installing or using the Product may damage your computer and any data stored on it. Your installation or use of the Product is at your own discretion and risk, you are solely responsible and COREDUMPING IVS is not liable for any loss of data or damage to your computer.
PRIVACY
The Product includes facilities to collect and send data using an encrypted connection to and from COREDUMPING IVS concerning the operation of the Product, for the purposes of finding and repairing defects. Any data collected by the product and sent to COREDUMPING IVS does not include personally identifiable information, unless explicitly added by you, at your discretion. Any data collected is stored unencrypted and only accessible to COREDUMPING IVS through a password protected web interface on an encrypted connection.
COREDUMPING IVS reserves the right to publicly disclose any non-personally identifiable data collected, to help aid in repairing defects in The Product.
MODDING AND TOOLS
COREDUMPING IVS allows you to make modifications to any plain-text file included in the Product and add new content for the purposes of making mods and/or tools for the Product, provided you do not sell them for money or try to make money from them. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for any content you create for the Product and any content you modify in the product, and that COREDUMPING IVS is not liable for any damage, loss or copyright, patent or trademark infringement caused by such content. COREDUMPING IVS retains all rights to and ownership of any data, which was provided with the Product, even if modified.
VIDEO MONETIZATION
You may record video containing audio and visuals from the Product in any way you see fit, distribute this content for public consumption and make money from it, as long as the video is accompanied with proper credits, a mention of the Product and, if possible, a link to the Product website. This permission is revoked if COREDUMPING IVS deems your content misrepresentative of the Product. In the event you do not adhere to these terms and conditions, you must immediately cease commercial exploitation of all recorded content of the Product created by you. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for any recorded content of the Product you create and that COREDUMPING IVS is not liable for any damage, loss or copyright, patent or trademark infringement caused by such content.
CHANGES TO THE EULA
COREDUMPING IVS reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. COREDUMPING IVS will give notice of alterations by presenting the new EULA when you first access the Product after the agreement has been altered. Your continued use of the Product following this notice will mean that you acknowledge and accept all such alterations.
TERMINATION
The EULA and any licence granted by it will terminate immediately if you fail to abide by any of the terms and conditions. COREDUMPING IVS may revoke your licence and terminate the EULA in the event that you are failing to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must immediately erase all copies of the Product in your possession.
This agreement is subject to Danish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
