End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")
Please read this EndUser License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using Software (“Survive the Nights”). By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Software.
You can only agree to the license if you understand and are capable to accepting it.
License
The Company ("a2z Interactive, LTD") grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to download, install and use the Software solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of Software.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
User Accounts
In order to use the Software or a software feature, or for certain features of the Software to operate properly, you may be required to have and maintain a valid and active user account with an online service, such as a third-party gaming platform or social network account (“Third Party Account”), or an account with Licensor or a Licensor affiliate, as set forth in the Software documentation. If you do not maintain such accounts, then certain features of the Software may not operate or may cease to function properly, either in whole or in part. The Software may also require you to create a Software-specific user account with Licensor or a Licensor affiliate (“User Account”) in order to access the Software and its functionality and features. Your User Account login may be associated with a Third Party Account. You are responsible for all use and the security of your User Accounts and any Third Party Accounts that you use to access and utilize the Software.
Internet Connection and Online Use
The Software requires an internet connection to access internet-based features, authenticate the Software, or perform other functions. Please be careful when speaking or using text based chat in the Software. Do not give out any personally identifying information such as your name, physical address, email address, or any other personal information.
Information Collection and Usage
By installing and using this software, you consent to these information collection and usage terms. If you connect to the Internet when using the Software, either through a gaming platform network, or any other method, Licensor may receive information from hardware manufacturers or gaming platform hosts and may automatically collect certain information from your computer or gaming unit. This information may include, but is not limited to, user IDs (such as gamer tags and screen names), game scores, game statistics, game achievements, game performance, country location, hardware MAC address, internet protocol address, and your usage of various game features. All information collected by Licensor is intended to be anonymous information that does not disclose your identity or constitute personal information, however, if you include personal information (such as your real name) in your user ID, then such personal information will automatically be transmitted to Licensor and used as described herein.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
The Company shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.
Warranty and Liability
The Software is sold “as is” and without warranty of any kind. The Company takes no liability or responsibility for any damages that may result from any use or inability to use the Software.
Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or The Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from The Company, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Software and all copies thereof from computer or device. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your computer or device.
Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC)
The Company is using EasyAntiCheat anti-cheat service (“EasyAntiCheat”), which is operated by a third-party service provider offering services to The Company. EasyAntiCheat has a client software (“Client”) that is integrated into the Software.. When you start a new Game session the Client will automatically load and install its latest version to the Unit (System You Use To Play The Game). When you are using the Software on your Unit EasyAntiCheat is monitoring the Unit, analyzing the Game binaries and scanning the memory of the Unit for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheating in the Game (“Purpose”). For the Purpose EasyAntiCheat is storing information regarding cheating methods used in the Game (“Data”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software Product, you give your consent that EasyAntiCheat may gather, store and publish Data for the sole purpose of the Purpose. The Data will be used solely for the Purpose including but not limited to identifying and banning players who are cheating in computer games, analyzing cheating behavior and cheating codes as well as sharing data about cheats with affiliates of EasyAntiCheat.
Amendments to this Agreement
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. You may be required to accept a new license agreement in order to continue using any updates to The Software or any online services in the Software.

- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, Edit, alter, modify, hack, adapt, translate or otherwise change
the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other Software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, Software files, its data or network services or attempt to do any such things - Cheat, create exploits or promote cheats in the Software
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell the Software or any hacked version of the Software
- Use the Software or any of its parts commercially without the permission of the Company
- Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
- Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
- Use the Software for any purpose that the Company considers is a breach of this Agreement
