This document consists of two parts. By accepting this document, you acknowledge having understood the contents of both. The first part details the personal data that is collected by Over the Top Games for the purpose of making the game available to you, and how this data is used. The second part contains the full End-User License Agreement, which covers some additional topics.
MILLION TO ONE HERO DATA COLLECTION POLICY
In order for us to make the full Million to One Hero experience available to you, we have to collect and store some data relating to you as a player. This data is only used for the purposes outlined below.
All of the data we collect and process is essential for these purposes, and will never be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose than to provide you with the Million to One Hero service. We would not be able to provide you with a proper Million to One Hero-experience without collecting and processing this data.
The data we collect specifically includes:
We use this data to provide you with the following services, which we consider to be essential components of Million to One Hero:
- A persistent player profile, where you can level-up in rank and use that to unlock certain content, and where certain progression milestones are highlighted
- A complete level and adventure browser to categorize and find levels created by our team and the rest of the community
- Watch how you rank compared to other players in the leaderboards, and allow other players to do the same for levels/adventures in which you’ve played. You are able to toggle whether ghosts (replays) are shared to other players
- Customer service and technical support
- To create aggregate data that allows us to perform maintenance, improve balance, and improve overall game-feel of Million to One Hero.
We will store data relating to your account for as long as the Million to One Hero service remains available, to allow you access to your account and progression at any time, or until you request us to remove your data. The data is stored using services provided by third parties. Aside from any legal requirements to access this data, no party shall be granted access or right to use any of the data collected in connection to this service.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. IF YOU HAVE FEEDBACK ON THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW ON THE STEAM COMMUNITY FORUMS.
1. LICENSE
By receiving, opening the file package containing this software, and/or using Million to One Hero ("Software"), you agree that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Over the Top Games S.L. grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right to sub-license, to use Million to One Hero in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with Over the Top Games S.L. Over the Top Games S.L. does not transfer the title of Million to One Hero to you; the license granted to you is not a sale. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Over the Top Games S.L. and the purchasers or users of Million to One Hero.
If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, please remove Million to One Hero from your computer.
2. DISTRIBUTION
Million to One Hero and the license herein granted shall not be copied, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale, transferred or sub-licensed in whole or in part.
You are allowed to share Million to One Hero only through the “Steam Family Library Sharing” feature of the Steam platform. Any and all other methods of sharing Million to One Hero with others is prohibited.
3. USER AGREEMENT
3.1 Use
Your license to use Million to One Hero is limited to the number of licenses purchased by you. You shall not make or make available additional copies of Million to One Hero to allow others to use, copy, evaluate, or otherwise use Million to One Hero except in the manner permitted under this agreement.
3.2.1 Use Restrictions
You shall use Million to One Hero in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, use, display or distribution of Million to One Hero together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.
Displaying an in-game name that is considered by Over the Top Games S.L., at its sole discretion, to be pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting of hatred, discriminating or displaying of prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age, may result in Over the Top Games S.L. restricting, removing, refusing, or limiting your access to certain or all features of Million to One Hero for definite or indefinite periods of time and the removal of that particular content.
The assignment, sublicense, networking, sale, or distribution of copies of Million to One Hero are strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of Over the Top Games S.L. It is a violation of this agreement to assign, sell, loan, rent, lease, borrow, network or transfer the use of Million to One Hero.
Users who have gained access to Million to One Hero by means of the “Steam Family Library Sharing” feature (a Shared User) are also subject to the terms of this license agreement. The user who uses the “Steam Family Library Sharing” feature to provide access to the Shared User(s) (Sharer) acknowledges that the Shared User(s) and Sharer share a single license to use Million to One Hero as described above and that any restrictions or punitive measures taken against a Shared User or Sharer will affect the Sharer and all Shared User(s) that use this license.
For the avoidance of doubt: if you use the Steam Family Library Sharing feature to share the game, and Over the Top Games S.L. finds that the behavior or content shared by the player you shared the game with warrants a (temporary) ban, such measures will affect both you, the Shared User, and all other players you are sharing the game with through this feature.
3.2.2 In Game User Generated Content Use Restrictions
General Provisions: Over the Top Games S.L. provides tools to create and share content (levels and adventures) with other users. "User Generated Content" means any content you make available to other users through your use of any tools we provide in Million to One Hero.
When you upload/publish your content (level and adventures) to make it available to other users and/or to Over the Top Games S.L., you grant Over the Top Games and its affiliates the worldwide, non-exclusive, right to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, transcode, translate, broadcast, and otherwise communicate, and publicly display and publicly perform, your User Generated Content, and derivative works of your User Generated Content, for the purpose of the operation, distribution and promotion of the Million to One Hero service. This license is granted to Over the Top Games as the content is uploaded on our services for the entire duration of the intellectual property rights.
Any form of uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available User Generated Content that infringes upon copyrights owned by third parties (without proper permissions having been obtained) or is considered by Over the Top Games S.L., at its sole discretion, to be pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited and may result in Over the Top Games S.L. restricting, removing, refusing, or limiting your access to certain or all features of Million to One Hero for definite or indefinite periods of time.
By making a User Generated Content Contribution using the editors included in Million to One Hero, you explicitly grant Over the Top Games S.L. permission to use this Workshop Contribution in public communications to promote Million to One Hero. You acknowledge that Over the Top Games S.L. has no obligation whatsoever to promote your User Generated Content in any way.
3.3 Copyright Restriction
Million to One Hero contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material. You shall not, and shall not attempt to, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile Million to One Hero without the express permission and approval of Over the Top Games S.L. Nor can you create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from Million to One Hero in whole or in part without the express permission of Over the Top Games S.L.
Over the Top Games S.L. retain sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title and interest in and to Million to One Hero and all Intellectual Property rights relating thereto.
Copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions protect all parts of Million to One Hero, products and services. No program, code, part, image, audio sample, or text may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single user program or this license. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved for Over the Top Games S.L.
Users may incorporate visual elements, audio, and footage from Million to One Hero in non-commercial, user-created content that references Million to One Hero, and may make this content available through third-party websites and platforms under the conditions that:
• a copyright notice is provided
• none of this content is deemed inappropriate or offensive in any way at Over the Top Games S.L.’s sole discretion
• content is not presented as being created, sanctioned, approved, or otherwise condoned by Over the Top Games.
Over the Top Games S.L. gives Users permission to monetize their user-created videos.
3.4 Limitation of Responsibility
You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Over the Top Games S.L., its employees, agents and distributors against any and all claims, proceedings, demand and costs resulting from or in any way connected with your use of Million to One Hero.
In no event (including, without limitation, in the event of negligence) will Over the Top Games S.L., its employees, agents or distributors be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of use, business interruption, loss of information or data, or pecuniary loss), in connection with or arising out of or related to this Agreement, Million to One Hero or the use or inability to use Million to One Hero or the furnishing, performance or use of any other matters hereunder whether based upon contract, tort or any other theory including negligence.
Under no circumstance will Over the Top Games S.L. provide a reimbursement of the purchase price of Million to One Hero. Reimbursement of the purchase price of Million to One Hero can only be obtained from the party who provided you with this product, and is subject to the terms and conditions of this party.
3.5 Warranties
Except as expressly stated in writing, Over the Top Games S.L. makes no representation or warranties in respect of Million to One Hero and expressly excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
3.6 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the law of Spain applicable therein. You hereby irrevocably attorn and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain therefrom. If any provision shall be considered unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this License and not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
3.7 Termination
Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in automatic and immediate termination of this license. Upon termination of this license granted herein for any reason, you agree to immediately cease use of Million to One Hero and destroy all copies of Million to One Hero supplied under this Agreement. The financial obligations incurred by you shall survive the expiration or termination of this license.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
MILLION TO ONE HERO AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS DISCLAIMER CONCERNS ALL FILES GENERATED AND EDITED BY MILLION TO ONE HERO AS WELL.
5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF USE OF DATA
You acknowledge that Over the Top Games S.L. may record, store, and access personally identifiable data pertaining to Million to One Hero recorded in any manner during your use of Million to One Hero, and accept the privacy policy included below. As required by law, Over the Top Games S.L. will provide you with a copy of this data, provide you with an opportunity to rectify incorrect data, or delete this data at your request. You may file such a request, which is subject to additional verification, through .
5.1 Privacy Policy
Over the Top Games S.L. gathers personally identifiable data and non-personally identifiable data for the sole purpose of improving Million to One Hero. As such, it acknowledges several principles as the basis of this privacy policy:
Over the Top Games S.L. will not record, store, or access any information unless it is relevant in the course of development for Million to One Hero, or helps provide players a customized experience of Million to One Hero.
Over the Top Games S.L. will not share any recorded information with anyone else, except to comply with the law, to further develop Million to One Hero, or to protect its own rights.
Over the Top Games S.L. will not continue to store information unless it is required for the further development of Million to One Hero.
Over the Top Games S.L. collects certain non-personally identifiable data to better understand how players play and experience Million to One Hero. From time to time, Over the Top Games S.L. may publicly release non-personally identifiable data in aggregate form.
Over the Top Games S.L. discloses non-personally identifying information and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that need to know this information in the course of the continued development and improvement of Million to One Hero, and that are bound by a non-disclosure agreement with Over the Top Games S.L. Over the Top Games S.L. will not sell, rent, or otherwise make available this personally identifying data to any party other than those described above, for any reason. Other than the parties described above, Over the Top Games S.L. will only disclose non-personally identifying data and personally identifying data in response to a sub-poena, court order, or other governmental request, or when Over the Top Games S.L. believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights or third parties or the public at large.
Over the Top Games S.L. takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect the data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
You acknowledge that in a case where Over the Top Games S.L. goes out of business, is acquired, or enters bankruptcy, all data may be transferred to a third party for the purpose of continuing development, maintenance, or support on Million to One Hero.

- Any votes (likes) you have given to a level/adventure and the tags you have chosen for that particular level/adventure
- Any messages you submit to us (the developer) using the in-game reporting tool.
