End-User License Agreement for "Enter The Moon" (PC)

Please read this End-User License Agreement for "Enter The Moont" (PC) carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using My Application (Enter The Moon).
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Before installing this Software Product please make sure that your computer meets the minimum technical specifications for the proper operation of this Software Product.
IF YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA PLEASE CLICK "I ACCEPT" AT THE END OF THIS EULA AT WHICH POINT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL BE INSTALLED ONTO YOUR HARD DRIVE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA CLICK "NOT ACCEPTED" AND THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE LOADED ONTO YOUR HARD DRIVE AND NO LICENCE SHALL BE GRANTED TO YOU IN RESPECT OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
License
My Company (LPS-Interactive) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
My Application "Enter The Moon" is for personal use only and may be installed and used by on only one computer. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by LPS-Interactive and may not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software or means except with my application "Enter The Moon" and may not be distributed or copied in any manner.
In addition, in no event does LPS-Interactive authorize you to use the Application "Enter The Moon" in applications or systems where the application "Enter The Moon" 's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold LPS-Interactive harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
You may not transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works based on this my Application "Enter The Moon" . You may not make access to my Application "Enter The Moon" available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this Application "Enter The Moon" in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by LPS-Interactive herein.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Country State or City law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold "LPS-Interactive" harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this Application "Enter The Moon", which may damage any other party.
Modifications to Application
My Company (LPS-Interactive) reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or My Company (LPS-Interactive).
My Company (LPS-Interactive) may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from My Company (LPS-Interactive), in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
My Company (LPS-Interactive) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
