Create a space and turn it into a functional pawn shop! Start by refreshing the location with new paint, flooring, and shelves to create the ideal setup. Gain skills so you can use them later to make smart buying and selling decisions, boosting your profits.

   

  • Transform | Renovate your pawn shop by building your workspace from scratch. Paint the walls, floors and create the space for a successful business.

  • Negotation | After assessing the item's value, propose a price for the product. SScan the product, set a fair value, and negotiate without going below 45% of the average price.

  • Organize | Set up your pawn shop by creating spots for shelves to display your goods. Customize the layout to fit your trading needs.
