“Project: IT Service” is a simulation of the life of a young IT professional beginning their career in a dynamic technology environment. You will step into the role of an IT specialist to solve network, hardware, and software issues, manage servers, and support users. But that’s not all.

Career

Anyone can decide which development path to choose. You can choose to grow as a computer specialist or, for instance, as a specialist for e-sports events.

Main Game Mechanics and Principles

The game enables interactive management of IT infrastructure and solving real-life problems using actual system commands. You’ll manage and repair systems. But this is just the tip of the iceberg; the game will offer many development opportunities and mechanics that reflect real-world challenges. Through the game, we aim to showcase many elements of the IT industry in a simpler way, helping players acquire additional skills they might not gain in school before their first real job.

Atmosphere and IT Work Simulation

It describes typical technical challenges and career decisions that help build an authentic IT work experience – from router configuration to task prioritization and workload management.

Diversity

Each player is different, so the game will have various game modes. One of the most interesting modes is the learning mode. Here, all game devices can be disassembled, letting players see how they’re built and how they function.
