“A dimly lit train cabin … swaying grassy plains … flickering fireflies … a mighty dragon.” Found is an interactive short film experience. Its story speaks to the connection and lack there of between nature, technology and fellow travelers as you make your way through a fantastical yet familiar world.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We developed this experience in less than a month to showcase our talents and vision of creating a VR cinematic experience that accommodates limited user interaction. The narrative, art, and gameplay mechanics are a proof of concept we plan to improve on later iterations or carry over to future content.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“This experience will be in Early Access until all final assets are incorporated into the experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to be polished technically and artistically while taking into account any feedback from users. Therefore, this could include changes in the art direction, story arch, mechanics and anything else depending on the experience's reception.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is a fully playable proof of concept that incorporates early art assets and mechanics.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to determine the pricing as new content, features and art are added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We would like heavy involvement from the Community. We love feedback as it will motivate and allow us to make more experiences building off of this one.”

About This Game

“A dimly lit train cabin …
swaying grassy plains …
flickering fireflies …
a mighty dragon.”

Found immerses you in a journey that has left early reviewers with an awe “eerily reminiscent of a Miyazaki film.” Fans of beautifully handcrafted worlds like Limbo and Journey may find VR’s worthiest heir, which melds a captivating realm with a narrative that unfolds in fragments of gradual discovery. Built in less than a month, this departure from traditional gameplay delivers the feels we’ve been dreaming of since VR landed.

Enter Found, and you just might lose yourself…
