What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I want to give the players the opportunity to be part of the development and features of the game right from the start. Player feedback allows me to keep improving the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“For at least one year, but depending on player feedback and the amount of content we choose to implement into the final game, it may take longer. Our goal is to get the game to version 1.0 as soon as possible.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more content to the game, such as crime scenes and tools that can help you solve the cases. Furthermore, we plan to implement a co-op mode in the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Most planned core features of the game have been implemented. Two crime scenes are available in Early Access at launch.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No definitive plans here yet, but it is likely that the price will be increased over the course of the Early Access period”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are communicate with players about new ideas and features on our Discord and on the steam forum. We are looking forward to improving the game together with you!”

About This Game

Your phone rings - a crime has been committed. The local police need your help to solve the case! Investigate the crime scene, find evidence and put the suspect behind bars! No matter if it's murder, theft or burglary - explore the detailed crime scene and listen to your gut feelings. I'm sure you'll crack the case!

The city trusts your detective skills - don't disappoint them!

At the crime scenes there are a lot of objects waiting for you to interact with. Look at everything very carefully. Even small details can have a big impact on the case!

Document everything that seems important in the in.game notebook, take pictures of the evidence and put it all together!
Do your job properly and take the time you need. This is the only way you will be able to solve the case!

Some suspects try to manipulate evidence or make it disappear entirely. Search every little spot. For example, use your flashlight to find evidence even in the darkest corners. At the end you will see if you could find all the evidence!

  • Detailed crime scenes to explore
  • Different crimes like murder or burglary
  • In-game notebook and photo mode
  • Interaction with many objects

Important information

The Evidence is not a story-based game. The game can be compared to a puzzle game. There is no information given to the player in advance about the crime scene or the victim in each case. Some evidence is lost at the crime scenes. The player has to fill these gaps with his conclusions!
