About This Game

Risk & Riches is a roguelite deckbuilder set in a small Western town. Use your cards to fight monsters and descend into a mine to find gold and the source of the evil within. Choose to return to the surface with your gold at any time, or risk it all by continuing deeper for even greater riches!

Story

You’ve won the deed to an abandoned mine in a game of cards, unfortunately, the mine was abandoned for good reason. Build up your mining town to unlock new characters, abilities, and upgrades to become strong enough to overcome and banish the evil within.

Battle

Recruit the residents to descend into the mine and battle monsters using their deck of cards. Turn-based combat gives you plenty of time to think strategically. Sometimes it’s best to retain cards for later by “pocketing” them for future use in combos or when you most need them.

Make Choices

Many difficult decisions await you in the mine, including when to end your run and return to the surface with your loot. The deeper you go the better the rewards, but if you die you risk losing it all. Don’t take on more than you can handle.

Purchase Upgrades

Gather gold to build up the town and purchase better cards and equipment.

Customize Your Decks

Build the starter deck of each resident to make them stronger and increase the chances of unlocking your favorite playstyles during each run.
