About This Game

Setting and Premise
"Garden Apocalypse" is set in contemporary times, following a catastrophic invasion by a swarm that has decimated civilization. The protagonist, a resilient country dweller living on the outskirts of urban areas, must use his exceptional horticultural skills to preserve and defend his gardens against relentless swarm attacks.

Plot and Key Elements
The player's journey begins with the discovery of a mysterious seed. When planted, this seed summons a Gardenian, an alien plant-being. The Gardenian reveals a dark history: every few centuries, a hive of mutant zombie spiders known as the Swarm emerges from hiding to ravage Earth, consuming everything in their path. This recurring devastation has been the downfall of numerous great civilizations throughout history.

The Gardenian recounts how its own civilization was obliterated by the Swarm, caught off guard and overwhelmed. In gratitude for being awakened, the Gardenian pledges to serve as the player's guardian, offering protection for the gardens and guidance on the quest to end the Swarm's reign of terror.

Mission
The player is tasked with venturing into the Swarm's lair, navigating through ancient catacombs to reach the heart of the threat: the Swarm Queen. Defeating the Queen is the only way to break the cycle of destruction and restore peace to the world.

With the Gardenian by their side, players must use strategic gardening and combat skills to survive the journey, protect their green sanctuaries, and ultimately save Earth from the impending apocalypse.
