About This Game

Sloppy Forgeries is a fast-paced competitive painting game. Each round, a famous painting from art history is revealed. Race to copy the painting as quickly and accurately as possible using your mouse and a few simple paint tools.

Accuracy is calculated by a pixel-by-pixel comparison of your painted reproduction and the original. Incorrect pixels are visualized upon completion.


Strategically use your assist tools to refine your masterpiece while you paint. These tools include a time-limited grid overlay:


...and three time-limited reference pins, which you can drag on to your canvas or the masterpiece. When placed, a second pin appears on the other painting in the same location, making it easier to see what goes where.
