About This Demo

This is the demo of Refence, where you can fight endless enemies with five heroes, up to difficulty 2.

Refence -- a roguelike based idle defense game where you can choose heroes and their traits, upgrade your castle, and manage resources to fend off enemies trying to attack your castle.

  • Hire heroes to automatically defend against enemy threats, upgrade heroes and choose different traits based on the battlefield and enemies!

  • Build your castle, unlock upgrades, and summon more heroes!

  • Conduct research to unlock useful QoL and abilities that will aid you and your heroes in battle!

  • Craft powerful relics to help you defend against enemies.

  • Send heroes on quests to make progress while you are away!
