Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Following the Early Access release, we plan an interim update with new maps and a game mode, leading up to the Full release. Here’s our timeline:

• 4 months in: An Early Access update introducing a new online co-op game mode.
  
• 8 months in: The Full release.

After the Full release, we are committed to continuously enriching your experience with major new maps and modes as downloadable content (DLCs).”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Based on your invaluable feedback, we plan to introduce several exciting additions and improvements. Our goals for the full version include:

• Additional Maps: Explore new, immersive environments that will challenge and delight you.
  
• Expanded Co-op Modes: Enjoy more cooperative gameplay options, enhancing your experience whether you play locally or online with friends.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“KOPI is fully playable on PC and Steam Deck, with complete controller support. The Early Access version includes:

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the game's price will increase gradually after the first update, reaching the full price by the time of the full release. While we are pleased with the quality and stability of the Early Access build, we recognise that it lacks the final polish and shine planned for the full release. Early Access allows us to offer the game at a lower price in appreciation of the support and feedback from our early players. As the game progresses and more features, content, and refinements are added, the price will reflect the increased value and quality.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have showcased KOPI at various game events and even in cafes, learning immensely from every new player who tries our game. This feedback is invaluable for our small studio—not only does it improve the game, but it also inspires us with fresh ideas and motivates us to keep refining our work.
